Android · Gmail organizer

Clear a huge inbox without drowning in one-by-one taps

Hamata indexes Gmail headers on your phone so you can group mail by sender, subject, or time, then archive or trash in bulk. Built for inboxes that outgrew the stock app.

Why Hamata

Made for big inboxes

First sync downloads headers into a local index. Large mailboxes can take a while on day one; after that you work from groups instead of endless scrolling.

Bulk actions

Select by sender, subject pattern, or time window. Archive, trash, or mark read/unread in batches so changes land in Gmail the same way they would in the official client.

Privacy on device

Filter and triage run on your phone. Hamata does not run a mail server that stores your messages, tokens, or sender graphs. Your phone talks to Google over HTTPS, not to an Intelligence Simplified backend for mail content.

What it is (and isn’t)

It is

  • A Gmail organizer focused on bulk triage
  • On-device header indexing for fast grouping
  • Sign-in with Google; no separate Hamata account
  • An Android app from Intelligence Simplified, LLC

It isn’t

  • A replacement for every Gmail feature
  • A cloud service that hosts your mailbox
  • An ad-supported or tracker-heavy client
  • A permanent purge tool beyond Gmail Trash

Ready when Play is
