In the app (preferred)
- Open Hamata on your Android device.
- Open the overflow menu (⋮) on the home screen.
- Choose Disconnect (or equivalent account disconnect).
- Confirm. Hamata removes the Google session from the app and deletes its local header and body cache for that account on this device.
If you already uninstalled Hamata
- Uninstalling removes Hamata’s local storage on that device.
- Also revoke app access in your Google Account: Google Account → Security → Third-party access / Your connections to third-party apps → remove Hamata if listed.
Request help by email
If you cannot use the in-app path, email hamata@intelligencesimplified.com with the Google account email you used in Hamata. We will confirm how to revoke Google access and that we do not hold a copy of your mail on our servers (Hamata has no mail backend).
What this does not do
- It does not delete your Gmail messages at Google.
- It does not close your Google Account.
- Mail you archived or trashed from Hamata already changed labels in Gmail; manage those in Gmail if you want them restored or purged there.
